What’s my home value?

Hello!

Are you considering selling your house?

It’s a big question! The sale of something so important deserves an experienced, capable, and thoughtful Realtor who can deliver an outcome customized to YOU. This comes from great communication,  professional marketing, strong negotiations, and a solid understanding of the market.

Let’s get your house SOLD

Not all agents are Realtors®

All real estate licensees are not the same. It’s best to hire an agent who belongs to the National Association of Realtors®, so you can be sure that they are bound by NAR’s strict Code of Ethics.

With the right marketing plan and exposure, I can sell your home for every last penny of its market value (and sometimes even more). Accepting the most favorable terms and conditions for your home and receiving the biggest proceeds check you can after a sale is worth hiring an experienced Realtor®.

Tip: Interview several Realtors®

Remember, you are the customer, and you have the choice to take your business to anyone. Select a Realtor based on their sales statistics, work ethic, references, working relationships and ability to work with your personality and requirements.

If you need help interviewing potential Realtors®, start by getting answers to these questions:

What is your list-price-to-sales-price ratio?

102%. This is the difference between the price that the Realtor’s properties were listed for (list price) and the price the properties finally sold for (sales price).

How many homes have you sold in the last year?

Last year, I sold 23 homes. This year I am on track for 40 homes. Helping people buy and sell homes is my full-time, all day, everyday job.

How are you different from other Realtors?

Understanding my client’s needs is a top priority of mine. Recognizing what their motivations behind their need to sell, helps to navigate the negotiations to their best interests.

How will you market my house?

To be clear, the methodology of “sign in the yard” and just listing on the MLS is outdated and ineffective. You want a Realtor who’s going to devise a comprehensive marketing plan to ensure you’re reaching the broadest pool of buyers ultimately securing the highest dollar amount possible with the least amount of time on the market.

How will you keep me updated throughout the listing process?

I’ve come to learn in my career that everybody has their own preferred method of communication. Whether it’s phone calls, email, texting, or TikTok videos I will customize my approach to communication to match what you’re most comfortable with.

What’s the home selling process?

Your house-selling homework just got easier. I’ve put together this handy guide to show you what you can expect when considering selling your house. The process can be complicated if your agent isn’t organized and well established. These steps will help you understand and prepare to sell your house.

Who do I like to work with?

I’m not here to just sell you a home and collect a check, I want us to have a forever friend relationship. During the sale or purchase of your home, I want you to ask as many questions as you have, I enjoy helping people understand the process. After closing, I want to be the one you call when you need a recommendation for a tradesman, when you need help battling your increased taxes, or when you are deciding what updates will increase the value of your home. Now keep in mind I also want to be invited to those BBQs, baby showers, and birthdays.

Leslie was such a joy to work with! From the very first phone call to the closing of our new home, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. We were able to focus on all of the enjoyable parts of looking for a new home while she diligently took notes and made phone calls. It almost felt like we were her only clients. You won’t regret hiring Leslie and putting your home search or sale in her capable hands.
