Not all agents are Realtors®

All real estate licensees are not the same. Only real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® may call themselves REALTORS®, adhering to NAR’s strict  Code of Ethics.

They work to protect the public and are members of the nation’s largest professional trade organization, advocating for homeownership, and private property rights. That’s the difference when you choose to work with a REALTOR®.

Tip: Interview several Realtors®

Spending the necessary time to go through the interview process with a Realtor® should be one of the most critical things on anyone’s agenda when considering buying a home. Oh, and if you’re worried about Realtor® fees, don’t be. My fee gets paid for by the Listing Brokerage or Seller. As a buyer, you don’t pay for my time or representation!

How many homes do you sell a year?

2020: 19 homes. 2021: 23 homes

How are you different from other Realtors?

Understanding my client’s wants vs needs is a top priority of mine. Having insight as to what drives their wants and needs helps me find them a home they love and navigate the negotiations to their best interests.

Are you familiar with my area of interest?

I am a TRUE Colorado native (without the goofy license plate). I was born and raised in Aurora, CO, and have loved Colorado ever since. I have the in-depth knowledge of this market that only a true native could possess.

How much time will you commit to me during this process?

Purchasing a home is easily one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make in your life. I recognize this and believe in providing however much time you need. I’ve made real estate my full-time job so that I can be available for my clients whenever they need me. The buyers who miss out on the best homes are the ones who work with Realtors who simply aren’t available. That won’t be you. I understand the seriousness of purchasing one of life’s biggest investments so I’ll be available to you during days, evenings, and weekends.

How will you keep me updated during the buying process?

I’ve come to learn in my career that everybody has their own preferred method of communication. Whether it’s phone calls, email, texting, or TikTok videos I will customize my approach to communication to match what you’re most comfortable with.

Who do I like to work with?

I’m not here to just sell you a home and collect a check, I want us to have a forever friend relationship. During the sale or purchase of your home, I want you to ask as many questions as you have, I enjoy helping people understand the process. After closing, I want to be the one you call when you need a recommendation for a tradesman, when you need help battling your increased taxes, or when you are deciding what updates will increase the value of your home. Now keep in mind I also want to be invited to those BBQs, baby showers, and birthdays.
